Applcations are now open for the Youth To The Front Fund to support and fund under 30-year-old youth activists, youth-led organizations, projects, innovations, and creative solutions that are at the forefront of fighting systemic racism, inequality, inequity, and injustice in the United States and around the world.

Carefully selected and curated from hundreds of applicants, these (19) Frontliners, aged 16 – 29 years-old are fighting racial and systemic injustice by addressing gaps in: immigration laws and policy advocacy; storytelling through digital media content and production; de-biasing technology; campaigning for gender equity, and building indigenousl language, culture and education awareness.

While their aim is to support and further the work of BIPOC individuals and communities, they encourage those who do not identify as BIPOC, but offer a project scope and design that illustrates solidarity and allyship with BIPOC individuals, communities and organizations, to also apply.

They seek projects and project proposals that explicitly address systemic injustices and promote racial equity with and for BIPOC communities in creative and authentic ways.

Funding Information

Grant amounts vary based on project scope and long-term commitment to social change and range from $1,000 – $10,000+ USD. Each grant award is considered on an individual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

They prioritize applications from founder/co-founders because they feel that is where great support is needed, however, they are thoughtful about the roles of rising leaders in established organizations or initiatives.
