Role Description:
Responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of an organization and serve as the first point of contact for any customer issue. The jobholder provides cross-functional IT services support and works closely across multiple domains such as software applications, hardware, server management, etc.

Job Accountabilities:
-Provide technical assistance in installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of computers, storage, server and databases etc.
-Provide basic user support to technical issues by identifying and diagnosing problems and issues
-Troubleshoot IT problems and issues and escalate unresolved issues and issues beyond individual’s competence to higher levels of support
-Advise users on appropriate course of action to resolve incidents
