RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the work Estimation/Design
- Receive business requirements
- Validate the business requirements and map them into functional descriptions
- Implement solutions built on top of the system framework
- Implement test cases and verify the implemented solution
- Maintaining source control repositories
- Code Review on others’ work and close technical mentoring for their subordinates
- Lead in Agile activities like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum meetings, and Retrospective meetings.
- Provide feedback to improve all the working processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Java EE
- Object-oriented concepts
- EJB
- JPA
- Oracle
- Rest web services
- GWT (for UI functional area)
- Familiarity with application servers (Glassfish)
- Familiarity with version control
- Design Patterns and Mocking
- Excellent command of English language (spoken & written)
- Ability to communicate remotely
- Problem-solving Techniques and Proper time management
- Maven
- UML
