Role Description:
The job involves sale of products/ services and convert leads into clients, acquire new customers and build and maintain customer relationships while aligning with the overall sales and marketing strategies.

-Client/Customer

Job Accountabilities:

-Acquire customers by way of cold calling, upgrade/ upsell products/ services
-Target specific customers based on their needs and identify the products or services that can be sold to them
-Convert the calls/inquiries/ leads into sales
-Maintain proper records of client interactions
-Place and manage orders for customers and manage payment information

-0-1 year of work experience/internship in relevant areas
