Role Description:
The jobholder is responsible for selling the telecom service/ product to customers and increasing the distribution network of the same through effective channel partners.

-Channel partners
-Direct customers

 

Job Accountabilities:

-Sell products and services to prospective and existing clients through direct sales and channel partners
-Track the performance of channel partners and take necessary steps to achieve sales targets
-Generate awareness of the company product/ service on all sales platforms
-Work to increase the company’s distribution base
-Handle customer complaints by directing them to the relevant department and ensure customer satisfaction
