Role Description:
Responsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned projects which includes project planning, resource identification and allocation, project delivery, tracking utilization, reporting and coordination of project related activities.

-Prepare detailed project plan for project delivery basis cost and time analysis and resource availability
-Identify and allocate resources optimally to ensure increased cost and time efficiency
-Establish appropriate quality policies and standards necessary for project delivery
-Develop detailed metrics, cost analysis, resource utilization, and other reporting templates
-Establish a communication process with key stakeholders that incorporates issue tracking, escalation, and resolution
-Ensure deliverable quality and sustainability
-Identify key risk and develop mitigation strategy and plan
