– Support execution of transactional HR activities pertaining to employee database, payroll, compensation, benefits, etc.
– Implement the people policies and HR programs for the organization
-Assist in coordinating, facilitating, and enhancing the training needs of the organization
-Manage day-to-day issues and queries pertaining to specific HR area
