Position 1: Scrum Master (On site)
Responsibilities:
• Contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of our agile working methods and processes
• You are responsible for running our Scrum Teams You will actively promote and share knowledge about the principles and best practices
• You identify and remove blockers within and across teams
• You will work closely with the Product Owners, QA and Dev-Teams
• You create transparency and communication between Stakeholders, POs, and Teams
• You commit yourself to the coach and empower involved parties
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., burn-down techniques, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• Deep and thorough understanding of the software development best practices and challenges, especially agile methodologies
• Thorough experience in leading technical teams and overseeing the work and productivity of junior and senior software engineers.
• Knowledgeable in KPI definition and tracking.
• Comfortable and able to adopt new technologies and concepts.
• Impeccable estimation skills. PMP or a similar certificate is a plus.
• Agile certification is a plus. Familiar with Azure Dev-Ops boards
Position 2: .NET Web developer (Remotely / On site)
Responsibilities:
•Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
•Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
•Integrate software components and third-party programs
•Verify and deploy programs and systems
•Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
•Gather and evaluate user feedback
•Recommend and execute improvements
•Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Requirement:
•Excellent Knowledge of C# 5+ & .NET Framework
•Excellent Knowledge of OOP Concepts and Component Design.
•Excellent Knowledge of HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and Bootstrap is mandatory. Excellent Knowledge of MS SQL Good understanding of .NET technologies (Web Forms, SP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core)
•Familiar with: Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, Familiar with: Web API, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
•Willing to write technical documentation for development tasks on hand.
•Ability to learn new technologies and work as part of a team 1+ year(s) experience working with a team.
Position 3: Software Tester (On site)
Responsibilities:
•Review software & system specifications to ensure that the requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
•Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test case.
•Create test data required for testing
•Create test reports per plan & schedule.
•Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
•Perform thorough regression testing, when bugs are resolved
Requirement:

Position 4: Product Owner (On site)
Responsibilities:
•Serve as the voice of the client.
•Owns the product roadmap by developing scope and defining backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team and assess value, develop cases, and prioritize it, to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that is aligned with product strategy.
•Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
•Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
•Act as an ambassador for the product internally by making training, demos, and webinars to transfer knowledge.
•Increase in understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities, and other new trends.
